Terms of Service

Draft notice: these Terms are in pre-launch review. Final text will be published once LetMeBeFrAInk LLC is registered and legal review is complete. References to {LEGAL_ENTITY} and {JURISDICTION} will be replaced with the registered entity name and Delaware (state of formation).

1. What you're agreeing to

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using IGOR, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use IGOR.

If you're using IGOR on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What IGOR does

IGOR is an email concierge that connects to your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, classifies incoming mail, produces scheduled digests, and drafts replies in your voice. You retain sole authority over sending mail — IGOR prepares drafts and labels for your review.

3. Your account

You're responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure.
The accuracy of information you provide.
All activity that happens under your account.
Complying with the terms of the email provider you connect (Google's or Microsoft's) in parallel with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription and billing

IGOR is a paid subscription service. Current pricing is displayed at signup and at igor.letmebefraink.com/pricing. Billing is handled by Stripe under their terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period.
You can cancel at any time from settings. Cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; email billing@letmebefraink.com to request one.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before the change affects your next renewal.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the email content IGOR processes on your behalf. By using IGOR you grant us a limited license to access, process, and send your email content to our AI subprocessors (OpenAI, Anthropic) strictly for the purpose of delivering IGOR's service to you. This license ends when you disconnect or delete your account.

6. Acceptable use

You won't:

Use IGOR to send spam, phishing, illegal content, or mail that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, etc.).
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate IGOR's service.
Use IGOR to process email on someone else's account without their explicit permission.
Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or probe our systems without prior written authorization.
Resell or sublicense IGOR without a written agreement.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. IGOR may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or issues with upstream providers (Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, our hosting provider). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when practical.

Third-party provider outages (Gmail, Microsoft Graph, OpenAI, Anthropic, Render) affect IGOR and are outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

IGOR is provided "as is." We make no warranties — express or implied — including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI outputs are not guaranteed accurate. IGOR uses large language models to classify mail and draft replies. These models make mistakes. You are solely responsible for reviewing drafts before sending and for any consequences of mail you send. Do not rely on IGOR's classifications to make legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to IGOR is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100 USD.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any third party's rights.
Content you send through IGOR.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime (§4). We can suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice when practical. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy's retention schedule.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of {JURISDICTION}, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of {JURISDICTION}.

13. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after a change signifies acceptance.
